East – West facing vines planted during 1999 on Gamka sandy loan soil. Vines are flood irrigated.
Grapes are harvested mid to late January at 21-22 degrees balling. Picked early morning the grapes are crushed, and the juice is drained from the skins immediately. The wine is fermented for over 3 weeks at low temperatures before it is bottled.
Colour: Light watermelon pink.
Bouquet: Soft elegant rose petal nose with hints of strawberries.
