When the De Krans team produced the first Premium White Moscato Perlé in South Africa in 2012 they couldn’t have anticipated the popularity this style of wine would achieve with the South African consumer. Following the success of the White Moscato, they continued their innovation when they launched the Premium Red Moscato Perlé in 2017, followed by the Premium Rosé Moscato Perlé in 2021.
When it comes to innovation and change, whether the style of wine or the label design, it is important to look back and reflect before moving forward. From “Die Krans”, to “De Krans”, the winery is no stranger to change. Change is necessary to evolve, and change also presents new opportunities and exciting ventures. With this in mind, it is with great excitement that they introduce their brand new De Krans Premium Moscato Perlé labels. The team were dedicated to maintaining the look and feel and colour profile of each label design, while still creating a more modern, fresh and sophisticated feel. Staying true to themselves, yet still growing – not unlike their loyal Moscato consumer. Most importantly, change also serves as communication, and in this case, from them to you, the consumer – a big thank you. What started as a standard package upgrade evolved into a great sense of gratitude and a heartfelt thank you for the unmatched loyalty and support throughout the years when it comes to their Moscato consumers.
