Vineyards

Selected Chenin Blanc vineyards on De Krans were used to produce a unique Chenin Blanc Sparkling Wine. Each vineyard brings a crucial part to the final blend and wine.

Winemaking

Each vineyard was vinified separately.  The wine was left on the fine lees for eight months before being blended and bottled.

Winemaker’s comments

Colour: Crisp translucent colour with a slight golden hue.

Bouquet: Energetic bubbles create a crown of fresh delights, with sizzling notes of apple, pear and some tropical flavours.

Taste: The palate is sculptured into an orchard of crisp apple, pear and a touch of citrus, resulting in a perfect balance between fruit and acidity.

Food pairing: The perfect wine for all festive occasions.  Wonderful as a welcoming drink, or with soft cheeses and pâtés.
